Eric is a native of Springfield and has been actively enriching his musical ability since the age of four. He decided to focus his study on bassoon at age 14, and he has been an active member of many local community ensembles. He received his Bachelor of Music in Bassoon Performance from the New England Conservatory in Boston, MA, and his teaching licensure at The Ohio State University School of Music. Eric maintains a private home studio dedicated to teaching piano and bassoon lessons. He has a passion for dogs, cycling, vegetable gardening, and good cooking.
