Lia began her work as an international recitalist and church organist at 13 years old. She has studied organ and piano with some of the best teachers in the world, including Jan Bender, Paul Manz, David Fienen, and Harold Vogel. She has a B.A. in church music and completed two years of graduate study in Early Music in Germany. She is an accomplished harpsichord player and has played in an Early Music ensemble. While she is an early music specialist, Lia is a versatile musician and enjoys incorporating a variety of styles of music. Her experience includes coordinating concert series directing adult, children's and handbell choirs, and teaching piano and organ lessons.
